It's Thursday and I've had a lovely day watching TV and making cards for DT duties as I am going away at the weekend so haven't got as much time to play as usual. This also means making my card for the progressive freebie challenge at Delightful Inspiration. This image was coloured in only yesterday morning as I've been doing some gardening duties this week gathering Bramley apples as the wind has been awful and blowing them off the tree. This Autumn Harvest image is therefore quite apt for me this week.
I have of course coloured the image with Promarkers and the pumpkins and sunflowers together mean I can of course use the happy colours of yellows and orange.
The base card is a bright orangey yellow and I have used scraps of papers and card from a themed drawer set of paper I have from DCWV. I used a punch on a spotty strip, matted this onto the brown and added a section of paisley paper next to it, using the baker's twine to hide the seam. The thank you butterfly sentiment is from Raindrop Echo Designs.
