Jump 'n In The Leaves


Broken Box Stock ran a contest giving away this gorgeous digi and you had to email it direct to them by last Thursday night. Unfortunately I wasn't the lucky winner of a $10 store voucher but I got a free digi and have made a lovely card anyway so I'm happy :)

I coloured the image with Promarkers and inked the edges to soften. The backing paper is another snippet from the Woodland Friends pad by Papermania. I have used more of my yummy suede ribbon. I am so glad I got them in the New Year sale at Hobbycraft. I got 2 packs of 3m each and they were only 25p

The flowers are a mixed bunch. I used 2 fabric Flora Doodles ones with an opened out metal beadcap and used an American Crafts gem brad to hold it all together. The other 2 flowers were made using a HOTP Fold It Swirls template which I have to admit I haven't used for aaaages. I added some flower gems to the middles from my stash. Last but not least there is a little sentiment from my stash matted on a scrap of gold card.

Paper – Woodland Friends by Papermania
Embellishments – Suede ribbon, Flora Doodles fabric flowers, flower shaped gems, metal beadcap, gem brad from American Crafts
Tools – Scissors, 3d foam, HOTP Flower Fold It Swirls template
Techniques – MYO flowers, Distressing
