For this card I used the beautiful image Geranium
Urn from Ike’s
Art.
The card is for My Mother In Law’s Birthday and she loves gardening and
flowers. I coloured the image in with Promarkers and Flexmarkers and matted onto red card which has been
trimmed with a heart border punch.
The red base card layer has been covered with a lovely patterned paper
from the Rose Garden pad by First Edition. It has a lovely glossy embossed
effect where the red is. I added a gold lame ribbon and a sentiment from
Craftwork Cards which has been trimmed to fit. The flower is a combination of
paper flowers and a gold ribbon rose in the centre. Finally I added some peel
off gold lettering to spell Mom
