It was Choccy’s turn to choose an image from Beary
Dust Stamps and she chose the beautiful Belle
to play with.
I coloured the image with Promarkers and Flexmarkers keeping the colours
to a very simple pallete of flesh tones, bright green and brown. I must admit
green is not a colour I have used very much before but it is definitely growing
on me more J
I used some new papers called Happier from My Minds Eye. I really liked
the green paper as it is so cheerful with the little flowers, ladybirds &
butterflies. I matted it onto the green cardbase and used the reverse orange
paper strip that was left over and punched with a Fiskars border punch. The
image has been diecut with a Nestabilities die abd the sentiment has used a
smaller size. The small butterfly that Belle is looking at has been cut from
the backing paper and I added some small gems. The other butterflies are tiny
glittered stickers. To finish off I added an assortment of flowers and a big
gem centre.
