Happy Birthday Dad

Today is my Father in Law's birthday and as he is a keen golfer that of course had to be the subject of his card.

I was very lucky to be the winner of some fab images from Daisy Doodles earlier in the year and  loved this gorgeous image called Fore! Freddy. I coloured him in Promarkers and created a second layer with his head and a third layer with just his hat. These have been raised up on 3d foam squares. Don't you just love the snazzy stripes on his little cap? I have added some bakers twin in my favourite read white and blue with a golf bag button on the top.

The papers are from a collection of freebie papers by Nitwits with a magazine which have all been distressed using a small inkpad. The birthday sentiment is a rub-on from Pebbles Inc. The September sentiment is a freebie from Cindy Cross at Bluebirdflats.
